Your order will be delivered straight to your doorstep.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Public holidays. Deliveries are not made on Sundays.

We DO NOT offer payment-on-delivery, all orders must be fully paid for before they can be dispatched.

Yes We Do, All International Orders are shipped via DHL or FEDEX with tracking provided. Delivery cost may vary by location and package weight. Delivery takes approximately 5-12 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Yes, You Absolutely Can. Your order must be paid for in full before pick up. You can then pick up your order in person or send a dispatch rider  to pick up your order on your behalf.  Please note that 707 Artistry will not be liable for any damages once the order leaves our store. When picking up please kindly quote your ORDER NUMBER / ORDER NAME or  ask your dispatch to do the same on your behalf for easier identification.

Orders are exclusively processed online through our website OR in our walk in store in Lagos.

Please kindly select ‘Pick Up’ as your shipping method at checkout. Orders are usually ready for pick up within 1 hour within business hours.

We want you to absolutely love your products, but we understand things happen.

Due to the sensitivity of the products we retail, we do not accept returns to provide refunds.

You may request an exchange, provided the item(s) reach us within the timelines below:

• Within Lagos: 2 business days from date of delivery/pickup
• Within Nigeria (outside Lagos): 4 business days from date of delivery

Please note that items must physically arrive at our store within these timeframes to begin the process of exchange.  We accept exchanges on unopened, unused products that must be in the original condition with our ‘707 ARTISTRY VERIFIED” LABEL still attached to it. The product(s) once received will then be inspected and scanned into our system to ensure the barcode(s) matches what was registered. If there is a mismatch, your request will not be granted and your exchange process denied.

Please note the following:

• International Orders are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages enroute to our store for an exchange.
• Shipping fees are non refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item was sent in error.
• For exchanges, customers are responsible for the re-delivery fee, which is the same as the original shipping cost.
• Clearance products are final sale and non – exchangeable.
